Assists the School Director with the safe, effective operation of a licensed child care school. Oversees compliance with company and state licensing standards, supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual development, fosters a safe educational environment, recruits and retains staff, promotes the company, and helps achieve profitability. Assumes full school responsibility during the Director’s absence.

Lead experimentation and decision science initiatives from problem definition through recommendations. Design and analyze A/B tests, quasi-experiments, matched-market tests, and causal inference studies. Apply advanced statistics, regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and big-data analysis using Python, R, SQL, and PySpark. Partner with stakeholders, communicate actionable findings, build reproducible workflows, and mentor analysts and junior data scientists.

Conduct internal audits, evaluate financial and operational controls, identify risks and control gaps, analyze data for anomalies, monitor remediation, and recommend process improvements. The role supports compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, GAAP, SOX, and industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Investigates employee complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations; develops investigation plans, documents findings, recommends outcomes, and closes cases. Advises managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employment regulations. Partners with HR and legal teams, analyzes case trends, prepares leadership reports, delivers training, and promotes fair, compliant, and inclusive workplace practices.

Leads enterprise procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, purchasing operations, and procurement transformation. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance and risk, optimizes spending, oversees procurement budgets and systems, ensures compliance, and advises executive stakeholders. Builds procurement capabilities by leading, coaching, and developing teams while driving cost savings, operational efficiency, supplier continuity, and continuous improvement.

Designs and maintains Oracle HCM reporting, HR and talent scorecards, dashboards, extracts, and ad hoc people analytics. Owns reporting definitions, catalogs, refresh schedules, data validation, and governance while partnering with HR leaders, HR Systems, and Power BI teams. Translates ambiguous business needs into accurate reporting solutions and delivers insights on headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce operations. This individual contributor role requires strong HR data stewardship, stakeholder consulting, and technical reporting expertise.

Senior individual contributor owning marketing data domain end-to-end: design, build, and operate data pipelines, models, governance, and certified data products across Microsoft Fabric and Google BigQuery to support marketing measurement, attribution, reporting, and self-service analytics.

Operate as the process and operational lead for enterprise talent programs—performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and high-potential identification. Drive governance, stakeholder enablement, analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and HR tech to deliver reporting, training, communications, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation: define scope, governance, plans, risks, budgets, communications, and handoffs. Develop change management, coordinate vendors, create executive presentations, and ensure PMO and policy compliance.
