The Director of HR Business Partnering serves as the strategic HR advisor to senior leadership for a geographically dispersed field and school organization. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, employee relations, compliance, and coaching executives. The role leads HR support resources, uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, manages complex employee relations matters, and aligns people strategies with business objectives. Approximately 20% travel is expected.

Leads the Enterprise PMO and Domain PMO teams, overseeing enterprise project portfolio prioritization, governance, intake, resource capacity, reporting, and high-impact initiatives. Manages executive stakeholders, project management standards, Smartsheet processes, risk escalation, benefits realization, and continuous improvement. Owns IT finance activities including P&L reviews and annual budgeting, and serves as an IT incident escalation lead. Develops PM talent and ensures portfolio delivery aligns with organizational strategy and available resources.

Owns planning and delivery of a digital and martech portfolio, including websites, digital optimization, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology initiatives. Builds roadmaps, prioritizes requests, manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and dependencies, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, Data, and Operations. Tracks outcomes, communicates status to leadership, and ensures initiatives align with business goals.

Reviews family ledgers, processes payments, reconciles accounts, resolves billing issues, handles refunds, codes third-party deposits, and prepares deposit reports. The specialist supports center directors and field leaders with payment and POS issues, reviews financial reports, corrects exceptions, and troubleshoots billing problems using financial, treasury, and payment-processing applications.

Investigates employee complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations; develops investigation plans, documents findings, recommends outcomes, and closes cases. Advises managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employment regulations. Partners with HR and legal teams, analyzes case trends, prepares leadership reports, delivers training, and promotes fair, compliant, and inclusive workplace practices.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, backlog, analytics, release planning, and performance of a native iOS and Android mobile app. Drives engagement, retention, communication activity, monthly active users, and NPS through hypothesis-driven product development. Partners with UX, engineering, IT, Marketing, vendors, and school operations to prioritize work, manage releases, oversee app stores, and communicate product performance.

Owns paid search, Performance Max, Local Service Ads, and YouTube/OLV strategy, investment, testing, and performance for the organization’s largest acquisition channel. The role directly manages major budgets, agency relationships, campaign audits, conversion tracking, and executive reporting. It serves as a hands-on platform expert, advises senior leadership, partners with content and SEO teams, and informally guides other channel owners without direct reports.

Leads enterprise procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, purchasing operations, and procurement transformation. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance and risk, optimizes spending, oversees procurement budgets and systems, ensures compliance, and advises executive stakeholders. Builds procurement capabilities by leading, coaching, and developing teams while driving cost savings, operational efficiency, supplier continuity, and continuous improvement.
