Define program rules, translate client needs into product and partner requirements, select and manage vendor partners, establish operational workflows and SLAs, own live execution and performance metrics, and enable Sales and Client Success with value propositions and TAM segmentation.

The Partnership Manager will activate new partners, integrate Leap's services into workflows, and manage relations to drive growth and revenue impact.

Lead enrollment strategy for a portfolio of large employer and health-plan clients: diagnose engagement gaps using data, design and run client-specific activation plans, influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional execution, and build the Enrollment Marketing function and playbooks to scale enrollment and activation.
