Design and optimize client websites through UX/UI design, wireframing, prototyping, A/B testing, and data-informed iteration. Consult with clients, translate business needs into user-centered experiences, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with project managers and front-end developers. Manage multiple projects while clearly documenting design decisions and meeting deadlines.

Administer global leave of absence and accommodation programs from intake through return-to-work. Guide employees and managers on eligibility, documentation, timelines, and job protections; manage sensitive cases; coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, insurers, and third-party administrators; ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions; lead ADA interactive processes; maintain records, policies, communications, metrics, and training; and improve workflows and systems.

Manage B2B customer accounts for dealership websites and digital marketing services. Responsibilities include client reporting, onboarding, retention, revenue growth, upselling, product training, monitoring campaign and website performance, resolving customer concerns, and recommending ways to increase traffic and leads. The role requires strong communication, organization, technical aptitude, CRM familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
