Leads strategic workforce and capacity planning by translating business demand forecasts into short- and long-term plans. Analyzes workload, utilization, supply and demand trends, develops forecasting models and scenarios, tracks actual capacity against plan, and communicates risks and variances to leadership. Partners with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on planning cycles, reporting, data quality, and continuous process improvement.

Lead SAP FICO transformation and solution architecture projects for enterprise clients, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Advise on and implement SAP Finance solutions, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations, financial accounting, controlling, integrations, testing, training, and go-live support. Manage distributed resources, facilitate blueprint workshops, develop functional specifications and process documentation, and collaborate with global teams. Preferred experience includes consulting organizations, pre-sales, SAP Activate, and oil and gas implementations.

Lead SAP SD implementations, manage client engagements, optimize solutions, execute migrations to SAP S/4 HANA, and mentor team members.
