Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and modifies plant equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, boiler, compressed air, waste treatment, and building systems. Uses CMMS software for work orders, maintenance scheduling, and inventory. Applies 5S, Lean, and TPM principles while following OSHA, GMP, safety, and forklift protocols. May work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include standardizing policies and training, coordinating cross-site audits, managing air permitting, hazardous waste, and stormwater programs, overseeing regulatory inspections, mentoring site safety leads, investigating serious incidents, and improving safety and environmental performance. The role requires up to 30% travel and collaboration with operations and maintenance leadership.

Leads the Process Engineering Department and manages process engineers supporting manufacturing product lines. Drives process control, continuous improvement, waste reduction, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Applies expertise in foil transfer materials, adhesion, coatings, color theory, and UV or thermal processes. Oversees failure analysis, corrective actions, SOP improvements, Lean initiatives, technical projects, data reporting, safety, and cross-functional coordination. Requires leadership in high-speed manufacturing and familiarity with printing technologies.
