Partners with analytics, engineering, and product teams to resolve recurring technical, product, and healthcare data issues. Establishes KPIs, coaches globally distributed teams, manages offshore resources, and deploys AI-enabled intake and support workflows while shaping global support strategy.

Own and automate employee joiner, mover, and leaver processes across HR, identity, collaboration, ticketing, and SaaS platforms. Administer Okta, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and Zoom; build Python, API, orchestration, and AI-assisted workflows with strong security controls. Manage SaaS and non-human identities, licenses, audit evidence, and automation governance while partnering cross-functionally to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
