Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical grant programs, ensuring regulatory compliance (GxP/HIPAA/PHI). Drive requirements gathering, solution blueprints, data and system integrations, and lead configuration teams. Deliver design reviews, training, stakeholder engagement, and build scalable workflows for grant eligibility, document management, CLM, and audit trails.
