Owns a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, driving retention, renewals, expansion, product adoption, enablement, and account health. Leads commercial negotiations, training, strategic reviews, and relationships with economic buyers. Partners with Support, Sales, Research, and Product to resolve issues, advocate for client needs, and influence the product roadmap. Requires substantial market research and commercially accountable client relationship experience.

Leads customer research projects from scoping through stakeholder-ready delivery, serving as the primary research advisor and accountable owner for assigned enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include developing research solutions, writing and editing quantitative and qualitative questionnaires, creating analysis plans, presenting insights, improving AI-generated research outputs, collecting product feedback, and managing direct reports. The role supports customer retention, expansion, and successful pilot conversions through high-quality research outcomes.

Own and grow 10–20 enterprise accounts across technology, telecommunications, and media. Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, net-new business, commercial negotiations, account planning, forecasting, and strategic relationships with senior insights, analytics, product, marketing, and research leaders. Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to expand platform adoption, represent the company at industry events, and deliver revenue growth and retention across complex Fortune 500 accounts.
