Drive product adoption, ROI, renewals, and expansion through executive engagement, QBRs, KPI reporting, and cross-functional advocacy. Translate platform capabilities into customer business outcomes, manage escalations, and align product and operations with trade compliance workflows.

Lead a remote compliance team supporting licensed customs broker partners and ABI users across the US and Canada. Oversee pre- and post-entry activities, exception management, PSCs/protests and corrections, partner meetings and training, CBP/CBSA interactions, tariff/duty program guidance, data/document alignment, and serve as escalation and knowledge leader for internal stakeholders.
