The COO will lead KIPP NC's Operations Team, ensuring operational excellence in K-12 public education, managing teams, and implementing effective business systems across North Carolina.

Set vision and multi-year roadmap for Foundation and Network operational processes. Design, integrate, and continuously improve cross-functional processes and enabling systems; partner with senior leaders and IT to ensure alignment and adoption; lead change management, training, and governance; monitor process performance and drive data-informed improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

Lead executive and network communications for KIPP Foundation: secure and staff CEO speaking engagements, author executive and network-wide messages, maintain editorial calendar, source and shape storytelling across teams, translate complex priorities and data into clear narratives, and manage cross-functional communications workflows.
