Build and manage Kintsugi AI’s ecommerce partner ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding agencies, consultants, and technology partners. Responsibilities include outbound partner development, CRM and referral management, partner engagement, co-selling, revenue-share coordination, events, conferences, and cross-functional enablement with sales, marketing, and product.

Own internal IT operations across workflow automation, integrations, Atlassian administration, website maintenance, technical support, access management, documentation, and project delivery. Build n8n and API-driven automations, use AI tools to improve productivity, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and partner cross-functionally to scale secure, efficient systems for a remote global team.

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Integrate with third-party billing/commerce systems, maintain serverless/event-driven architectures on AWS, ensure security and performance, implement automated tests and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions.
