Leads financial systems programs and projects from planning through implementation. Manages project portfolios, governance, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Provides legal, business, legislative, docket, public records, and general research for attorneys, staff, and firm leadership. Develops company profiles, market research, competitive intelligence, current-awareness alerts, and actionable analysis. Trains users on research tools, evaluates legal research and generative AI technologies, manages research requests, and supports client-service and business-development initiatives. Requires strong analytical, writing, communication, research, and organizational skills, with rotating after-hours and holiday on-call support.

Support practice-area business development and marketing by creating and maintaining marketing materials, managing experience lists, assisting with pitches/RFPs and directory submissions, coordinating newsletters and events, supporting sponsorships, conducting research and competitive intelligence, aiding client targeting and business planning, and assisting lateral onboarding and BD operations.

The Billing Analyst will manage monthly invoicing tasks, coordinate billing processes, ensure adherence to client guidelines, and support financial operations within a law firm.

Lead functional management and improvement of the firms financial systems: define requirements, manage projects, liaise between Finance and IT/vendors, maintain data integrity and security, develop reports/queries, test upgrades, train users, and provide ongoing application support and documentation.

The Business Development Coordinator supports marketing activities, pitch preparation, event coordination, and business development initiatives within the firm.

Lead global treasury operations including liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, investment activity, debt covenant compliance, insurance coordination, and treasury controls. Ensure accurate cash reporting, optimize interest revenue, manage bank structures and signatory authority, support strategic decision-making, and develop staff.
