Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advise on workforce planning and hiring strategy, develop proactive talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, lead full-cycle recruiting, provide market intelligence, and use recruiting metrics to improve talent strategies and processes. The role supports global Sales hiring remotely across the US and Canada.

Build and deploy customer-facing Agentic AI solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. Responsibilities include developing LLM applications, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, and production systems; managing multiple customer engagements; troubleshooting live deployments; mentoring customer teams; driving adoption; and converting field learnings into reusable platform capabilities. The role requires strong software engineering, data engineering, customer communication, ownership, and adaptability, with travel up to 50% as required.

Leads global partner and ecosystem marketing programs across consulting partners, systems integrators, hyperscalers, VARs, and technology partners. Develops integrated campaigns, messaging, activation toolkits, partner go-to-market plans, and demand-generation initiatives. Coordinates regional and cross-functional teams, manages partner planning and MDF investments, and tracks partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, attribution, and marketing effectiveness. Provides team workload prioritization, goal setting, and development planning.
