Manage live captioning and streaming projects from planning through delivery. Coordinate broadcast, engineering, IT, accessibility, vendors, and freelancers; configure streaming infrastructure and captioning tools; ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance; develop captioning, transcription, and translation workflows; and troubleshoot real-time audio, video, latency, synchronization, and captioning issues during live broadcasts.

Provides accurate, real-time English captions for live events, broadcasts, presentations, and media productions. Uses professional captioning software and equipment, applies accessibility and formatting standards, and works under tight deadlines. Requires native US English proficiency, prior live broadcasting or real-time subtitling experience, flexibility for irregular schedules, and willingness to travel within the United States. The role is freelance and remote with flexible project volume.

Leads cross-studio art business operations by maintaining visibility into capacity, utilization, assignments, availability, demand, and project transitions. Aligns studio supply with Business Development opportunities, supports RFP staffing scenarios, establishes operating cadences, coordinates partner integration, identifies risks, and escalates bottlenecks. Provides leadership reporting and develops a scalable operational model across regions while avoiding direct staffing, account ownership, commercial negotiation, or day-to-day production responsibilities.
