The Sr. Cybersecurity Operational Risk Officer manages operational and technology risks, provides oversight, collaborates with teams, and enhances risk frameworks. They evaluate projects and compliance, conduct assessments, and maintain relationships with business leaders.

Support development and execution of compliance risk assessment and monitoring programs; perform data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and executive governance materials; identify trends, support remediation tracking, and improve GRC reporting and automation.

Adjudicate and approve complex, higher-risk payments-only credit requests (typically >$10M). Perform in-depth financial and transaction risk assessments, monitor portfolio asset quality, assign risk ratings, participate in AQRs, collaborate with product and relationship teams, and support growth within credit policy while managing escalations and occasional on-call duties.
