Provides technical leadership across manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams. Leads complex engineering projects, continuous improvement, automation, reliability, equipment and process optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Evaluates risks, troubleshoots technical challenges, supports compliance in regulated environments, influences strategic decisions, and mentors engineering professionals.

Manage supply planning, finished-goods inventory, safety stock, and master production schedules to meet customer service and production goals. Monitor inventory risks, optimize investment, analyze planning data, and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, marketing, R&D, and customer service teams. The role also supports new product launches, SKU transitions, and process improvement initiatives.

Leads fragrance and flavor development across brands and applications, coordinating Marketing, Product Development, R&D, formulation chemists, and external suppliers. Evaluates olfactive and taste profiles, stability, compatibility, regulatory requirements, pricing, trends, and consumer insights. Manages development projects, supports sensory panels, creates market mappings, presents fragrance training, and helps resolve cross-functional priorities. Requires more than 10 years of fragrance and flavor development experience, strong sensory acuity, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
