Own end-to-end billing operations and collections for a global SaaS customer base, serve as the internal Zuora expert, support month-end revenue accounting (ASC 606), resolve complex billing scenarios, advise on contract-to-billing translation, drive AI-enabled automation and anomaly detection, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer experience.

The Senior Billing & Revenue Analyst will own the billing lifecycle, manage Zuora systems, address billing discrepancies, support revenue accounting, and drive AI adoption in billing operations. Responsibilities include customer support, contract advisory, and accounts receivable management for a SaaS environment.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing leads, engaging in outbound sales, and demonstrating value to prospects while optimizing their operations.
