Manage and negotiate commercial contracts supporting sales and go-to-market teams, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, service agreements, and SOWs. Review vendor agreements, ensure compliance, maintain contract management data, coordinate stakeholders, support contract playbooks and workflows, and train teams on contracting processes. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and experience handling software and professional services agreements involving privacy, security, intellectual property, and data rights.

Own a technically complex product domain spanning shared capabilities, data, or infrastructure. Define vision, strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and adoption plans while prioritizing opportunities against engineering capacity, risk, and business goals. Lead cross-functional collaboration, influence architecture decisions, evaluate emerging technologies including AI, and drive reliable internal product adoption. The role requires strong technical communication, autonomy, stakeholder management, and at least eight years of product management or similar experience.

Build and operate AI-native applications and agentic systems end to end, from stakeholder discovery and prototyping through deployment, adoption, and ongoing iteration. Design retrieval, context, tool integrations, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and cost controls. Develop scalable event-driven systems, collaborate with platform and product teams, document solutions, train users, and mentor less experienced engineers.
