Execute data and document onboarding, process AI-assisted workflows within SLAs, review AI outputs for quality, refine operational procedures, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and serve as an operational contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the strategic client partner for fund administration accounts: own senior relationships, drive revenue expansion and upsells, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead client health programs and business reviews, manage escalations and remediation, and represent clients internally and externally to ensure service excellence and alignment.

This role involves providing fund accounting and reporting services, defining workflows, training team members, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced startup environment.
