Own and implement end-to-end product features across the stack (React/TypeScript front end, Ruby on Rails backend, relational DBs, GCP infra). Design APIs and data models, ensure performance and reliability, integrate AI/LLM-powered features, collaborate with product/design/clinical teams, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage executive calendaring and inbox triage, coordinate travel logistics, support People with interview scheduling and event execution, own ad hoc administrative tasks and vendor coordination, and proactively identify operational gaps and process improvements across the organization.

Support co-founders and VP of People with executive logistics, meeting operations, travel coordination, interview and People-team support, culture programming, and ad hoc operational projects. Drive process improvements, vendor coordination, and documentation across a fast-growing healthtech startup.
