Provide high-level administrative support to Commercial & Investment Banking executives: manage complex calendars, screen calls, coordinate domestic and international travel and meetings, organize events, process invoices and T&E, assist onboarding/offboarding, produce polished communications, and prepare/edit spreadsheets and presentations.

Lead and execute client onboarding initiatives for treasury and banking products, managing projects, resolving complex issues, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and goals-based advice to individuals and families; build and maintain client relationships; acquire new clients; deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions; coordinate Chase partner referrals; educate clients on digital tools; and maintain required FINRA and insurance licenses.
