Field-based sales role driving adoption of spine digital technologies (Teligen), robotics, and enabling capital equipment. Responsibilities include prospecting, clinical demos, site installations, supporting OR cases and onboarding surgical teams, partnering with sales and education teams, managing pipeline and forecasts, influencing budgets and stakeholders, and driving platform adoption across assigned Southeast territories with significant travel.

Sell and grow the Foot & Ankle product portfolio within an assigned territory by building clinical relationships, providing OR case support, educating surgeons and staff, meeting sales targets, managing inventory and deliveries, and completing administrative tasks.

Lead daily operations of a Patient Service Center program, manage and develop a team, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), track KPIs, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee onboarding and training, and report program performance to stakeholders. Up to 15% travel.
