Drive adoption and sales of digital spine surgery, robotics, and enabling technologies across an assigned Southeast territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, clinical demonstrations, site installations, case support, hospital onboarding, surgeon education, pipeline development, forecasting, competitive selling, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. The role requires frequent operating room and hospital presence, up to 75% domestic travel initially, and collaboration with clinical, commercial education, and sales leadership teams.

Leads the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales representative onboarding and role-development programs. Partners with sales leadership, field managers, marketing, clinical, compliance, and commercial operations to align learning with business needs. Designs blended learning experiences, facilitates training, guides trainers and coaches, evaluates effectiveness, and manages cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong sales training, adult-learning, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

Owns the Sales CXM CRM product backlog, translating business needs into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Leads Agile squads through planning, refinement, delivery, and acceptance while partnering with sales, IT, change management, and training teams. Tracks adoption, sales efficiency, and business outcomes, supports transformation initiatives, and drives continuous process and customer experience improvements.
