Manages multiple workplace and banking construction projects from planning and design through permitting, construction, and financial closeout. Leads architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders while overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, reporting, documentation, compliance, and vendor performance. The role delivers tenant improvements, banking upgrades, security enhancements, signage, ADA improvements, ATM installations, decommissions, and renovations across the Carolinas and Tennessee.

Maintains and monitors commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, structural, fire safety, life safety, and controls. Performs preventive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, calibrations, equipment adjustments, inventory checks, and hazardous-material handling. Reviews service requests, evaluates vendors, verifies deliveries, and monitors contractor work quality and pricing. The role is performed on-site and requires building maintenance experience, trade training, and Universal CFC certification.

Leads 24/7 operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response for data center infrastructure. Maintains electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, controls, security, and building systems, including generators, UPS equipment, switchgear, chillers, CRAC units, BMS, and CMMS. Interprets construction documents, coordinates drawing updates, performs repairs, supports continuous facility resilience, and communicates with internal and external customers. The role requires on-site availability in Charlotte, North Carolina, applicable operating licenses, Universal CFC certification, and authorization to work without sponsorship.
