The Community Leader serves as the main contact for client employee inquiries, focusing on enhancing their workplace experience through service delivery and effective communication. Key responsibilities include maintaining workspace quality, managing requests, and collaborating with teams to meet service level agreements.

Lead end-to-end design, development, and construction of multiple ground-up and interior retrofit projects across regions. Manage project teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, risk, permits and documentation. Provide regular status updates, enforce compliance with client standards, and close out projects within timelines and budgets. Support process improvements and client-facing interactions.

Lead a team of 4-6 senior project managers delivering ground-up and interior fit-out construction projects. Own client relationships, resource planning, KPI performance, budget and schedule oversight, procurement, and process improvement. Hire, mentor, and develop staff across local and remote locations while ensuring compliance with agreements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
