Troubleshoot, design, implement, and optimize industrial automation control systems for conveyors, sortation, scanners, robotics, and warehouse equipment. Maintain PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, and electrical controls; provide remote technical support; analyze performance metrics; lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement projects; coordinate maintenance activities; and communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.

Serves as a strategic HR partner for complex accounts, delivering global and local HR programs, employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and employee experience improvements. Leads engagement, culture, feedback, and inclusion efforts; analyzes workforce trends; coaches stakeholders; manages 2–3 direct reports; and supports projects, training, and presentations. The hybrid role requires 2+ office or client-site days weekly and up to 25–40% travel.

Leads IT service delivery for a major financial services client account, serving as the primary technology liaison and executive advisor. Oversees service performance, incident, problem, and change management; platform operations; vendor relationships; compliance; security; reporting; and continuous improvement. Manages SLAs, coordinates internal and external teams, presents business reviews, handles escalations, and mentors technology operations specialists.
