Work directly with the CEO on high-leverage business problems during rapid growth. Gain cross-functional exposure across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data while helping scale new business lines. The program is designed to develop future general managers who can own P&L responsibilities.

Research regulatory, consumer protection, and product-law questions and turn findings into practical recommendations. Manage consumer escalations, regulatory inquiries, entity compliance, audits, intellectual property enforcement, and cease-and-desist drafting. Review product features and policies with cross-functional teams, develop compliance training, and automate repetitive legal workflows using AI and low-code tools.

Own Jerry’s Reddit presence by developing community strategy, creating educational content, managing reputation and crises, analyzing engagement and referral metrics, and sharing user insights with Product and Content teams. The role requires authentic Reddit fluency, strong writing, search awareness, empathy, and at least two years of organic social or community marketing experience.
