Work directly with the CEO on high-leverage business problems across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. The program provides broad exposure to a rapidly scaling startup, with the expectation that successful participants eventually own P&L for a business line.

Research regulatory, consumer protection, product, and compliance questions and provide actionable legal recommendations. Manage escalations, regulatory inquiries, entity compliance, audits, intellectual property enforcement, and policy reviews. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business leaders while improving legal processes through AI, low-code tools, and automated workflows.

Handle inbound customer calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies. Recommend suitable coverage, identify discounts and coverage gaps, process policy service requests, solve customer problems, learn evolving insurance products and the company app, and provide feedback to improve the product. The role offers sales and service paths, with training and payment for a P&C insurance license if needed.
