Lead company-wide employee communications, all-hands and events, executive messaging, and engagement initiatives to align employees with business priorities.

Lead agile teams to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade software and agentic workflows that act on production systems. Mentor others, produce designs, enforce guardrails (blast-radius, rollback, CI gates), integrate LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, and prioritize security, vulnerability management, observability, and quality across deployments.

Lead planning, coordination, and reporting for cross-functional, high-impact projects. Build and roll out a repeatable project management framework, own backlogs and project boards, measure adoption and outcomes, and drive collaboration and accountability across distributed teams.
