Supervise daily courier and support operations across multiple depots, manage scheduling, payroll, routing, fleet inspection processes, and enforce safety/security and regulatory compliance (DOT/IFTA). Coach and develop workforce, resolve route and operational issues, partner with vendors for fleet maintenance, and produce required operational reporting.

Operates data entry devices to input, process, and verify coded or uncoded customer and statistical data into computer systems. Works within established procedures with limited ability to modify approaches and performs duties under moderate supervision.

Handle, move, weigh, sort, and store client records and materials securely. Use carts, pallet jacks, and ladders; lift up to 50 lbs; follow physical security and safety procedures to maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
