As a Director of Customer Value, you will lead a regional team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by managing relationships and optimizing operations.

Perform high-volume document preparation and scanning using professional imaging equipment, conduct quality control and indexing, maintain tracking documentation, and reassemble documents while meeting accuracy and safety standards.

Operate high-capacity scanners to convert hard-copy files into high-quality digital images. Perform indexing and quality control, reassemble documents in original sequence, maintain documentation and tracking logs, and follow safety and workplace organization standards.
