Administer enterprise Linux and Windows systems across VMware and OpenShift Virtualization environments. Support virtual machine migrations, monitoring, patching, firmware lifecycle management, access controls, security hardening, compliance, troubleshooting, automation, scripting, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure changes and scheduled migration cutovers, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Provides functional leadership and operational support for Oracle Fusion PPM and related enterprise applications. Configures and optimizes project management, resource management, project costing, billing, revenue, time and labor, and services delivery processes. Translates business requirements into system designs, coordinates integrations and upgrades, manages testing and UAT, improves data quality, develops documentation and training, supports users, and partners with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Own and grow strategic commercial enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, develop account plans, pursue new opportunities, and lead complex technology solution sales. The role delivers networking, cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration, data, AI, and professional services solutions while coordinating internal teams and technology partners. Success includes achieving revenue and gross-profit objectives, maintaining a strong pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and generating at least $2 million in annual gross profit.
