The Territory Manager will drive adoption and revenue growth for iRhythm’s Zio cardiac monitoring platform across a defined territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new business, developing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, engaging cardiologists and healthcare executives, expanding health-system accounts, maintaining Salesforce pipeline data, supporting onboarding and account performance, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. The role requires extensive field travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and business-critical roles while advising hiring leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy. Develops sourcing and talent attraction pipelines, uses labor market intelligence and recruiting metrics to guide decisions, ensures recruiting compliance, and improves candidate and hiring leader experiences. Partners with HR, compensation, talent management, and business stakeholders, mentors peers, and supports process improvement and strategic initiatives.

Leads product discovery, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery for clinician-facing digital workflow software. Partners with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to launch scalable features, measure adoption and operational impact, and guide post-launch improvements. The role requires healthcare technology experience, strong stakeholder leadership, workflow and systems analysis, analytics proficiency, and familiarity with regulated software, integrations, and product management tools. Remote within the US, with travel up to 20%.
