Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated medication dispensing systems: install software patches, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, document service actions, escalate complex issues, obtain vendor and hospital credentialing, and perform physical tasks up to 70 lbs. Part-time, as-needed schedule with potential travel to customer sites.
