Build and maintain relationships with pediatric hepatology and gastroenterology thought leaders across the Carolinas. Lead KOL engagement, influence mapping, advisory boards, speaker programs, congress strategy, strategic meetings, and market insight communication. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Global, and Meetings teams while ensuring compliant delivery of materials and initiatives. Support brand awareness and commercial strategy for Ipsen’s rare disease medicine Bylvay.

Executes regional key thought leader engagement strategy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio. Builds relationships with established and emerging leaders, generates market insights, drives compliant brand advocacy, and leads advisory boards, consulting engagements, congress plans, and peer-to-peer programs. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Value & Access teams while engaging professional societies, academic institutions, residency programs, and Centers of Excellence across a multistate territory.

Lead value and access marketing and strategy for the Neuroscience business unit, developing payer value propositions, launch planning, V&A marketing materials, agency and budget management, and enterprise-level V&A communications. Serve as V&A representative on brand teams and business leadership, guide strategic priorities, manage promotional review processes, and steward cross-functional alignment to drive sustained brand growth.
