Supports global sourcing and category management for raw materials, especially paper and release liners. Coordinates supplier qualification, RFQ/RFP processes, material trials, supplier scorecards, corrective actions, pricing analysis, supply-risk assessments, and sourcing roadmaps. Collaborates with R&D, plant operations, quality, and procurement while delivering data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Requires supplier negotiation, manufacturing supply chain experience, and up to 20% travel.

Designs, administers, and troubleshoots Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, endpoints, and directory services. Leads cloud migrations, modernization, security compliance, disaster recovery, cost and risk modeling, automation, and complex cloud architecture. Provides technical leadership, escalated troubleshooting, documentation, staff training, and on-call support. The role requires after-hours and weekend work, travel, and expertise across Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, PowerShell, Ansible, and vulnerability remediation.

Manages distributor relationships and sales performance across the Pacific Northwest territory. Promotes IPG’s full product portfolio, develops distributor partners through training and joint customer calls, conducts business reviews, supports product trials, and drives revenue and profitability. The role also coordinates with internal sales, technical, customer service, and pricing teams, maintains CRM activity, monitors competitive information, and ensures account initiatives and audits are completed.
