Support the Portfolio Director in day-to-day management of single-family rental homes: maintain occupancy, handle resident relations, manage accounts receivable and collections, process electronic lease records, reconcile deposits, respond to move-in/move-out needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements while delivering customer service.
