Manage site quality and food safety programs, lead QA laboratory and direct reports, oversee SQF/HACCP/FSMA compliance, respond to OOS results, liaise with USDA, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement and training.

Manage plant production schedules to balance customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity. Maintain ERP data, adjust daily/weekly schedules, coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and Production, oversee inventory processes, and respond to schedule variances and Redline reports to prevent stock-outs and over-runs.

Own and grow large grocery retail accounts, especially Kroger, by expanding distribution, improving in-store execution, delivering sales quotas, and developing joint business and trade plans. Analyze syndicated data, forecast volume, manage trade investment, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Revenue Management and Field Operations. Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, negotiate commercial programs, and communicate performance insights.
