Teams at Intertape Polymer Group (IPG)

Designs, administers, migrates, secures, and troubleshoots Azure and on-premises infrastructure across cloud, servers, storage, networking, endpoints, virtualization, and directory services. The role supports Azure modernization, disaster recovery, cost and risk modeling, vulnerability remediation, infrastructure automation, technical documentation, and on-call operations. It also provides technical leadership, escalated issue resolution, staff training, and cross-team support for highly complex cloud environments.

Supports global sourcing and category management for paper-based and other raw materials. Coordinates supplier qualification, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, material trials, supplier performance metrics, corrective actions, sourcing roadmaps, and supply-risk mitigation. Conducts market, demand, supply, cost, and capacity analysis while maintaining sourcing data and dashboards. Collaborates with R&D, plant operations, quality, procurement, and suppliers, including international partners. Travel of up to 20% is required.

Develops end-user accounts across the Southeast, generates distributor leads, trains distributor sales teams, conducts product trials and demonstrations, supports new product development, monitors forecasts and competitive activity, resolves customer issues, and closes business for assigned distributors. Requires strong industrial sales expertise, product knowledge, customer relationship management, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
