Lead and scale community engagement for utility-scale energy and data center projects. Manage a team, design outreach and stakeholder strategies from siting through operations, build local partnerships, represent the company at public meetings, oversee community investment agreements, and translate local insights into cross-functional project decisions to mitigate social, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Design and validate high-performance microgrid control systems using EMT and dynamic modeling. Build detailed models of generation, storage, loads, and protection; simulate contingencies and grid interactions (including ERCOT requirements); support SIL/HIL testing, supplier evaluation, field validation, and post-event analysis to ensure stability and performance for large datacenter-connected microgrids.
