Lead blade integrity, inspection, and repair programs for an operating wind fleet. Assess defects, perform root-cause analyses, validate UAV/AI inspection findings, analyze SCADA and condition-monitoring data, support OEM warranty engagement, oversee composite repairs and LEP programs, and maintain blade condition records to optimize reliability and asset performance.

The Control Systems Engineer will oversee control strategies and system architecture for power generation, ensuring design intent and integration across large-scale projects. Responsibilities include leading systems integration, guiding EPC and vendor execution, and collaborating across teams to maintain project alignment.
