Maintain ownership of bookings through departure, apply airline rules and fare structures, handle ticketing and exchanges, resolve travel issues, and provide high-touch customer service. Support account procedures, assist other agents, maintain Sabre proficiency, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Leads complex, multinational travel program implementations from award through go-live and operational transition. Designs scalable implementation playbooks, coordinates global cross-functional teams and vendors, manages technology integrations, translates business requirements into delivery frameworks, and oversees solution design, governance, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the accountable business owner and subject matter expert for global travel implementations.
