Responsibilities include PCB architecture, signal integrity, RF simulation using ANSYS HFSS, DFMEA, EMC/EMI optimization, manufacturing collaboration, design-for-manufacturing, technical documentation, peer reviews, and mentoring engineers. The role guides designs from concept through production release while establishing standards for high-speed PCB layout and Ethernet design.

The Instructional Designer II will develop sales training content, manage training operations, and measure program effectiveness using various performance metrics. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive learning and adapting content for diverse audiences.

Lead platform reliability for a high-volume OMS: drive automation, self-healing, observability, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, and mentor support engineers while partnering with engineering and vendors.
