Manages QA/QC processes on large-scale construction sites, including quality planning, inspections, materials testing, compliance documentation, non-conformance resolution, punch-list closeout, and stakeholder coordination. Supervises QA/QC personnel, reviews submittals and RFIs, maintains project records in Procore and related systems, and ensures construction work complies with specifications, codes, standards, and approved materials.

Develops, maintains, and monitors construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Collaborates with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, analyze critical paths, identify risks, forecast resources, and mitigate delays. Prepares schedule reports, documents changes, attends project meetings, and supports senior schedulers while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Supports corporate hiring by partnering with leaders, defining hiring strategies, building candidate pipelines, sourcing proactively, screening applicants, coordinating hiring processes, and providing market insights. Recruits across construction, project-based, technology, finance, sales, HR, and operational roles while managing multiple openings and maintaining a strong candidate experience in fast-paced environments.
