Leads technical sales and new business development for medical device components and assemblies. Evaluates opportunities, translates customer engineering requirements, develops proposals and pricing strategies, presents technical solutions, supports account management, and identifies market and capability gaps. Collaborates with customers, sales teams, quoting groups, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing facilities to deliver profitable supply chain solutions while maintaining regulatory, quality, safety, confidentiality, and intellectual property requirements.

Supports and manages business and IT projects, including ERP implementations, through planning, execution, reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and change management. Maintains project plans, budgets, schedules, KPIs, documentation, and PMO standards while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators. Facilitates meetings, tracks dependencies and issues, and escalates concerns to project leadership.

Coordinates business and IT projects through planning, execution, reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and completion. Maintains project plans, dependencies, budgets, KPIs, dashboards, documentation, and PMO standards. Works with cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors, and system integrators. Supports ERP implementations, organizational change management, resource planning, portfolio reporting, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
