Establishes and improves project management methodology, PMO processes, governance, reporting, KPIs, resource planning, demand management, and project roadmaps. Partners with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and expected benefits while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Leads global design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP Group Reporting within an enterprise ERP transformation. Owns budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, reporting, controls, governance, integrations, data readiness, testing, cutover, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, system integrators, and global sites to establish standardized processes, resolve design decisions, oversee delivery, and drive adoption across a multinational manufacturing organization.

Supports enterprise demand planning and the monthly SIOP process by maintaining statistical and consensus forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, identifying demand risks and opportunities, and improving inventory and customer service outcomes. Serves as a demand planning system subject matter expert, supports implementations and change management, and collaborates with Customer Operations, Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams across manufacturing sites.
