Manage a US-based enablement team, align enablement strategy with leaders, adopt tools (Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight), use data to measure impact, curate playbooks and content, and support sales kickoff and global collaboration to drive pipeline, bookings, and retention.

Provide strategic program management and executive support to senior leaders: lead cross-functional projects, track timelines and risks, create plans and dashboards, coordinate meetings and offsites, manage complex calendars and travel, prepare leadership materials, drive stakeholder accountability, improve processes, and handle confidential matters.
