Lead design, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaigns in Marketo. Own platform administration, governance, lead lifecycle, scoring, deliverability, and CRM integration. Apply AI/LLMs to automate and personalize campaigns, mentor junior staff, build reporting and testing frameworks, and drive operational maturity and compliance (including HIPAA).

Lead and grow the Sales Engineering organization to drive pipeline, bookings, adoption, and expansion for Provider products. Define strategy, operating and coverage models, recruit and coach team members, craft custom solutions with cross-functional partners, and act as external commercial face while ensuring HIPAA compliance and customer-centric innovation.

Provide high-level confidential administrative support to C-suite and senior executives including complex calendar and travel management, preparing executive presentations, meeting coordination and minutes, budgetary monitoring, policy support, HIPAA-compliant document handling, and ad-hoc project and communication tasks to ensure smooth executive operations.
