Manage software release calendars and deployment coordination across concurrent projects and environments. Define release processes, readiness criteria, approval gates, rollback plans, and change controls. Coordinate Development, QA, UAT, and stakeholder teams; lead go/no-go meetings; document releases; mitigate risks; support post-release monitoring; and improve release management practices, templates, and reporting.

Lead Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, operations, security, privacy, and compliance initiatives. Support Azure administration and engineering, cloud migrations, hybrid environments, networking, firewalls, identity, monitoring, storage, databases, and load balancing. Provide technical guidance, lead architecture discussions, mentor engineering staff, and create technical documentation. The role requires extensive Azure and AWS experience, with preferred experience in on-premises migrations and hybrid cloud operations.

Guides Agile/Scrum teams and organizations, coaches teams toward greater maturity, removes impediments, facilitates collaboration and conflict resolution, supports Product Owners and backlog management, and promotes effective Agile delivery. The role also improves transparency, communication, team performance, and product outcomes through servant leadership and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
