Manage cross-functional dependencies, run operating cadence, track risks and decisions, and translate ambiguous issues into clear plans to execute at close and through integration.

Lead day-to-day execution of a complex M&A integration: run the integration management office cadence, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track milestones/risks/RAID logs, drive decisions and escalations, prepare executive updates, and ensure realization of integration outcomes and synergies.
