Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Leads and scales the PMO and program management team while overseeing strategic initiatives and customer programs from requirements and design through manufacturing, quality release, and delivery. Establishes governance, portfolio visibility, risk and change management, and executive reporting. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, supply chain, sales, and customers to deliver complex electrical power distribution programs on schedule, within budget, and to specification.

The HR Business Partner advises business leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. The role investigates complex issues, analyzes workforce data, supports HR transactions, coaches managers, improves HR processes, and partners with HR and legal teams. This remote position supports U.S. and Canadian operations, requires standard East Coast hours, and includes travel to company sites and conferences.

Develop and enhance IEM’s Infor SyteLine ERP system through the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coding in Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#, developing SQL-based reports, testing, documentation, upgrades, troubleshooting, end-user support, and training. The role also supports system conversions, maintains applications, and collaborates on ERP solutions involving manufacturing and accounting processes.
