Support execution and optimization of CRM programs: maintain customer data, build segments, execute email/SMS campaigns and automations, run A/B tests, track KPIs, produce reports, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead design and operate the enterprise integration platform across Azure, Dynamics 365, Databricks, CDP, payments, contact center, and AI surfaces. Define API/event standards, govern runtime (APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Functions), ensure security, observability, delivery quality, and mentor the integrations team while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

The Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance oversees the implementation of risk management and compliance programs across the enterprise.
