Provide tactical SaaS implementation and onboarding support: manage and resolve tickets, perform system configurations and QA testing, coordinate escalations across teams, support annual enrollment workflows, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and assist Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate client launches and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end marketing projects and programs across cross-functional teams. Manage intake, prioritization, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using Asana. Build documentation, templates, and scalable workflows; drive stakeholder alignment; recommend process improvements; and leverage AI to automate and improve planning and execution.

Technical lead individual contributor who architects and delivers complex cross-team, customer-facing product initiatives. Partners with Product, Design, and Data to translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions, raise engineering standards through code review and mentorship, address technical debt and performance, and influence roadmap and technical strategy.
