The Senior Accountant supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepares journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, reclasses, and financial analyses; and ensures audit-ready documentation. The role manages commission accounting, investigates variances, supports external audits, researches accounting issues, and improves processes and controls. It partners with FP&A, Accounts Payable, and other teams to ensure accurate reporting while independently managing assigned accounting areas and explaining financial trends and conclusions.

Build and operate accessible, high-performance member-facing web applications using a front-end-first full-stack approach. Contribute to APIs, backend services, data flows, integrations, frontend architecture, testing, observability, and performance improvements. Own projects from concept through production, collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Clinical teams, improve developer experience, support AI-assisted coding practices, participate in technical reviews and incident follow-up, and mentor engineers.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop backend systems and APIs, mentor other engineers, and resolve complex integration challenges in healthcare technology.
