Partner with sales representatives to support and grow Upper Extremities product sales in an assigned territory by covering cases, attending surgeries, educating clinical staff, managing inventory and sets, assisting with POs, identifying sales opportunities, and helping implement marketing and sales plans to meet quotas.

This field-based internship provides hands-on exposure to orthopedic medical device sales and operations. Responsibilities include shadowing sales and operations teams, preparing sales presentations, developing target account lists and marketing strategies, learning selling and instrument-use techniques, delivering surgical kits, assembling warehouse instrument kits, preparing products for surgery, collaborating across teams, and supporting sales and field operations projects.
