Partner with sales representatives to support and grow Upper Extremities product sales in an assigned territory by covering cases, attending surgeries, educating clinical staff, managing inventory and sets, assisting with POs, identifying sales opportunities, and helping implement marketing and sales plans to meet quotas.

Provide national, field-based coverage for neurosurgical sales representatives on leave and support regional sales efforts. Educate and train OR staff on Stryker neurosurgical products, promote products to clinicians, manage product evaluations, support trade shows, solve customer issues, maintain regulatory and GMP compliance, and travel extensively (≈95% overnight).
